Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all field operations related to concrete, including layout, formwork, rebar, pouring, and finishing.
Interpret blueprints, project specs, and structural drawings with a high degree of accuracy.
Lead, train, and motivate field crews to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Schedule labor, materials, and equipment to align with project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
Track and report field quantities, labor hours, and production metrics for billing and forecasting.
Uphold site cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation standards.
Ensure all rebar installation and concrete work meets design specifications and tolerances.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish.
Monitor field performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely corrective actions.
Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in coordination with project managers.
Foster positive relationships with clients, inspectors, and on‑site personnel.
Uphold BRIXCO’s standards for safety, craftsmanship, and team accountability.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with 2+ years in a superintendent or foreman role.
Strong technical knowledge of site concrete, structural concrete, and rebar installation.
Ability to accurately read and interpret civil and structural plans.
Proven field leadership and crew management capabilities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with construction scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Competitive salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year
