Your Role & Responsibilities: As a
Physical Therapist , you’ll be responsible for:
Evaluating, treating, and developing
individualized care plans for patients.
Providing
high-quality rehabilitation services
to help patients regain mobility and function.
Supervising and mentoring
physical therapy assistants and aides.
Documenting
patient progress and treatment plans
in a timely manner.
Maintaining
positive communication
with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
Staying up to date with the latest
physical therapy practices and techniques .
Ensuring compliance with
state and federal regulations , including Medicare and OSHA standards.
Participating in
facility meetings, training sessions, and in-service education .
What We’re Looking For: ✔️
Licensed Physical Therapist
with a degree from a
CAPTE-accredited program . ✔️ Strong
clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills . ✔️ Ability to
supervise therapy staff
and provide leadership. ✔️ Excellent
communication and teamwork
abilities. ✔️ Passion for
helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals .
Physical Requirements:
Ability to
lift, push, and move patients up to 50 lbs .
Capability to
stand, bend, and move throughout shifts .
Fine motor skills for
writing reports, charting, and handling therapy equipment .
