Job Description The Project Director will lead the complete construction, commissioning, and handover of a new industrial chemical production plant, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. This hands‑on leadership role balances strategic oversight with daily execution, acting as the single point of accountability between the Owner and the EPC contractor in a fast‑paced, technically complex environment.

15–20 years of experience, with 10+ in leading industrial projects (€10–50M CAPEX).
Deep familiarity with FIDIC contracts, claims management, and project finance.
Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
