What You’ll Do:
Take an active role in product liability, mass tort, and class action litigation
Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
Work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries
Participate in meaningful pro bono work as part of a mission‑driven culture
Provide top‑tier client service with responsiveness, clarity, and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (JD class years 2019–2021), ideally with class actions, product liability, toxic tort, or mass tort matters
A strong academic background and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication and case management skills
Active California Bar membership is required

Salary range: $260,000–$365,000, depending on experience
