is seeking a visionary leader to head the Power FET Division, driving technology development and business growth with a primary focus on Automotive and Industrial markets. This global leadership role will define strategy, market engagement, technology investments and deliver financial performance for this high value, high visibility power division. The ideal candidate will combine technical breadth as we move beyond products to solutions, with strategic acumen to deliver innovative, problem‑solving solutions which achieve financial performance and develop long‑term customer relationships.

Responsibilities Key Leadership Expectations

Business Leadership:

Full P&L responsibility for the Power FET Division.

Lead global teams in technology development, product definition, product marketing and applications engineering for advanced Power FET solutions.

Exercise influence over manufacturing, supply chain management, quality and sales & marketing support organizations.

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a clear vision and roadmap for Power FET technologies aligned with company objectives.

Identify emerging trends in Automotive and Industrial power electronics and capitalize on new market opportunities.

Expand investment to address solutions which encompasses more of the engineering problem and delivers higher value to our customers.

Technology Leadership:

Drive innovation in power semiconductor technologies and solutions, ensuring competitive differentiation and value creation.

Oversee product marketing, product management, and business management functions.

Build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.

Collaborate with onsemi salesforce to expand market share and deliver exceptional solutions which solve customer power conversion challenges.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure delivery of high-quality products meeting regulatory, safety, and performance standards.

Promote adoption of cutting‑edge methodologies and best practices across the division and business group.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to align technology development with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics

MBA preferred

Leadership & Skills:

Proven ability to lead global, cross‑functional teams and manage complex technology programs.

Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Exceptional communication skills for engaging senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in driving technology innovation, solution creation and managing key accounts.

Personal Attributes:

Visionary and proactive leader with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.

Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced, evolving industry.

Deep knowledge of power semiconductor technologies, automotive and industrial market trends, and relevant regulations.
