Responsibilities
Own and grow our Convenience (C-Store) channel strategy across the U.S.
Manage and expand existing customer partnerships, ensuring strong performance and alignment with Nature’s Path’s values and priorities.
Prospect and close new business opportunities — from regional chains to national C-Store banners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Insights, Innovation and Supply Chain to deliver dynamic options.
Leverage data and insights to identify trends, craft persuasive customer stories, and unlock new distribution.
Drive excellence in forecasting, promotional planning, and trade investment management. You will manage a P&L, have a business forward mind-set and know your numbers.

A relationship builder who can connect with buyers, brokers, and internal partners with ease.
Passionate about food, sustainability, and being part of a winning team.
5+ years of relevant CPG sales experience, ideally in food or natural products.
Proven success managing and growing key retail or C-Store accounts.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
The details
This is a remote role with travel.
We will consider candidates located in Central US preferred, but flexible.
Salary range of $135,000 - $155,000 based on experience.
Annual bonus of 20% based on individual and company performance.
401(k) with matching.
