A rapidly growing, nationally recognized leader in Data Center and Building Automation technologies is seeking a skilled
Controls Specialist
with hands‑on experience in BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS platforms. This Denver, CO‑based position plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining automation and monitoring systems within high‑availability, mission‑critical environments.

Position: Title:
Controls Specialist
Technical Focus:
BAS, SCADA, EPMS, DCIM (all major systems welcomed; Tridium/Niagara experience highly desirable)
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary:
$85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
Bonus:
10%–20% annual performance incentive

Key Responsibilities: Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain BAS, SCADA, and EPMS platforms in mission‑critical environments
Integrate and program control systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP communication protocols
Commission Tridium/Niagara frameworks and other major automation platforms
Modify, refine, and optimize control sequences, logic, and system programming
Perform point‑to‑point testing, system verification, and functional performance checks
Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and related control hardware
Calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to maintain accurate and reliable system performance
