Senior Application Engineer (Splunk)

Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineer with a focus on Splunk. In this role, you'll support the buildout and sustainment of Splunk, along with development of its data processing and data analysis capabilities.

Salary range: $230,000 - $255,000

Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc.

Skills Requirements:

Experience with Linux/Redhat v8/v9

Advanced Experience in Splunk (Frontend & Backend)

Experience in the buildout and sustainment of Splunk

Experience in writing Python scripts

Experience in ETL

Ability to apply systems engineering principles

Experience with data analysis and knowledge of data processing

IAT Level 2 Certification

Nice to Haves:

Experience working with MongoDB

Relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc...)

Experience Requirement:

8 years with a B.S. in Computer Science or a technical discipline

Clearance Requirement:

Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
