SRE with Splunk & Dynatrace

Experienced with

Splunk, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Incident Management, L2 Support, Troubleshooting , and

leadership

in high-impact environments.

Serve as the

senior SRE

for a key

Salesforce application

and all backend components responsible for syncing data between

Salesforce and DB2 .

Manage and support

Kubernetes workloads

(MuleSoft, Java) and

Kafka

integrations.

Work closely with

offshore SREs

to provide full L2 support for incidents, releases, and ad-hoc enhancements.

Handle

metric analysis, alert creation, dashboard updates, reporting , and other operational improvements.

Regularly interact with

Senior Technical Architects, Directors, and the Command Center team

during incident and production calls to address critical system issues.

Utilize

Dynatrace, Splunk , and other monitoring tools to maintain full-stack

observability

and ensure system reliability.

Contribute to a dedicated backlog for all

Key System Applications , including defining

SLOs , creating

synthetic monitoring , and implementing advanced

Dynatrace configurations

to strengthen overall SRE maturity and application resilience.
