Responsibilities:

Identify new opportunities and develop BAS solutions to meet client goals.

Conduct site assessments and evaluate facility performance needs.

Develop scopes of work aligned with ROI, budget, and performance metrics.

Present proposals, value analysis, and strategies to executive-level stakeholders.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet annual quota targets.

Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and delivery teams on project execution.

Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term client and partner relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

Demonstrated success in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.

Solid understanding of building automation systems and integration fundamentals.

Strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience selling into mission-critical or data center environments is beneficial.

Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
