Wireless Sales Representative
to join our high-performing team. Partnering directly with TruConnect, you'll be on the front lines, bringing essential wireless services to new customers and impacting communities.
Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage potential customers at community events and partnered retailers
Educate customers on the features and benefits of TruConnect wireless services during the sales enrollment process
Guide customers through the sign-up, ensuring accuracy and completion
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customer activations
Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all TruConnect offerings
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills
Accurately record customer information and sales data
Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:
Proven Wireless Sales Representative experience is highly advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using mobile devices and sales software
Availability to work flexible hours
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Bilingualism (Spanish/English) is a plus
