We're looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive to help grow our premium specialty strategy through best in class customer support. Key Responsibilities:

Drive our premium specialty position while increasing revenue and growing account base Present curated seasonal assortments supporting our product strategy to new and existing accounts Support existing accounts in season with weekly calls to review sales, fuel reorders, receive product feedback and align on sales drivers Visit accounts in-season to update visual and product merchandising, provide product knowledge and support to sales staff, and ensure our brand is being showcased in a premium way Review ongoing dashboard of strategic focus areas for accounts and make adjustments as needed to drive business objectives and hit quarterly revenue targets Prospect premium, multi-door, national accounts and execute process for onboarding new accounts Attend all trade shows to support the specialty business Manage accounts day to day needs – order entry, NuOrder management, custom orders, marketing requests Support department store team with visits to local department store locations within the region on special request Analyze sales; identify opportunities and risk on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis Recommend re-orders, chase opportunities and potential swaps to drive profitable sales Report to team leaders best sellers, by door selling, and store feedback Manage sales targets with a focus on profitability Partner with cross functional teams on assortment strategies, branding opportunities and inventory/ revenue plans Visit stores on a regular basis to enhance visual presentation and build relationships with store associates Manage communication between customers and internal partners in Sales, Design, Merchandising, Production, PR and Marketing Manage sample sets before each selling season and in season account requests What you bring:

Apparel sales experience with wholesale accounts Passion for traveling and spending time in stores supporting our brand vision Ability to communicate effectively and relay our brand message/initiatives to customers Driven, strategic thinker, understands premium account positioning Willingness to support general business needs of the division Knowledge in retail industry; 4-6 years’ experience in wholesale (specialty) is a plus Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively to buyers and internal cross functional partners Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency Passion for the vineyard vines brand Creative thinker, ability to identify opportunities with a new lens Proficiency in Retail Math, Excel, NuOrder, Blue Cherry order management Every Day Will Feel This Good Because:
