Save Job

About the Company Our client is building the infrastructure behind the next generation of recruiting firms. Their recruiting marketplace connects companies with specialized recruiters to fill critical roles, transforming hiring timelines from months into days.

Backed by $25M in funding, the company has achieved explosive 40x revenue growth since 2024, surpassing eight figures in ARR. The platform serves iconic companies including Palantir, Ramp, Rippling, Cursor, Windsurf, Decagon, and Hightouch.

The Mission Empower recruiters to operate at their highest potential by providing them with AI-powered infrastructure that scales their impact without replacing their expertise. On this platform, recruiters earn 3x-5x more than in traditional roles, with top performers earning $1M+ annually.

The Opportunity As Partner Success Lead, you’ll be the one to establish how we support and scale our recruiter ecosystem. This is a player‑coach role: you’ll start as an individual contributor, working directly with recruiters and building the playbooks, processes, and systems that will form the foundation of Partner Success at Paraform. As the function grows, you’ll have the opportunity to hire and lead the team.
