Carl's Appliance is looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager with daily and monthly tasks. Assisting with answering the phones, writing up service orders and scheduling for the service technicians, helping customers look up and order parts, and delegating the calls to the proper department.
You are detail-oriented and take pride in being highly organized. With a knack for communicating effectively and providing exceptional customer service. You play a key role in helping our team stay efficient so we can serve our customers!

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally
Perform general office duties, data entry, and filing
Answer phones and direct to the proper department
Handle invoicing and collections process
Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained
Ability to multi-task in a faced environment
Adaptable and willing to adjust to new tasks, roles, or priorities as they arise
Qualifications
1 + years of office and/or customer service experience
Experience with purchase order systems, CRM
Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be proficient with computers
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
