Carl's Appliance is looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager with daily and monthly tasks. Assisting with answering the phones, writing up service orders and scheduling for the service technicians, helping customers look up and order parts, and delegating the calls to the proper department. You are detail-oriented and take pride in being highly organized. With a knack for communicating effectively and providing exceptional customer service. You play a key role in helping our team stay efficient so we can serve our customers!
