About the Opportunity

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, Health + Recovery 88, Inc., a franchisee of the rapidly expanding SweatHouz brand, to hire a passionate and energetic Sales Associate. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-touch guest experiences and driving membership sales across their first three Cleveland-area studios. About Health + Recovery 88, Inc.

Health + Recovery 88 is leading the charge to bring 10 new SWTHZ studios to Northeast Ohio. They are now building a team for their first openings and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-first wellness environment.

Job Summary

The Part Time

Sales Associate

delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach of offering studio memberships and retail products and services. The Sales associate builds relationships and translates the mission of SWTHZ through its product and service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention.

Job Responsibilities

Guest Experience and New Membership Enrollment

Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SWTHZ services will satisfy their needs and goals. Tours potential members through the studio, describing the facilities, services, and amenities that directly relate to the intro's individual needs and goals. Communicates membership options clearly and concisely. Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol. Onboards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities to drive club profitability. Prospecting and Lead Generation

Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business. Communicates and promotes marketing campaigns to leads and members. Manages and follows up on leads/new business using company software. Executes daily plans for successful lead management and selling activities. Member Experience

Partners with Studio Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention. Ensures members receive a friendly greeting and check-in, as well as prompt attention to their needs. Maintains name relationships with members and serves as a resource for their questions or concerns. Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained studio to members and guests. Relationship-Based Selling Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Active Listening:

Effective listening isn't just about talking or quoting prices. It's about understanding what motivated the intro to come in today. Mastering active listening skills like maintaining eye contact, asking clarifying questions, and summarizing key points helps build trust and ensures you're presenting solutions relevant to their specific situation. Relationship Building:

Sales is all about creating connections with people. A successful sales associate can develop rapport, earn trust, and understand the customer's perspective. This goes beyond simple greetings. Building genuine relationships with a member or guest means forming rapport through shared experiences and showing a sincere interest in their success. Product/Service Knowledge:

Having a thorough understanding of what you're selling is essential. You should be able to clearly and confidently explain features, benefits, and value propositions. This enables you to effectively address customer concerns, answer questions, and position your offerings as the best solution to their needs. Persuasion:

Sales involves identifying and solving customer problems. This requires strong analytical skills, the ability to think creatively, and the confidence to negotiate terms that benefit both parties. Be prepared to present alternative solutions, overcome objections, and find solutions that work for everyone. Continuous Learner:
