What This Role Will Do Work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor on day-of-show duties. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding shows, artist meet and greets, amenities, VIP programs, and seat upgrades. Address guest concerns about security and customer service, ensuring standards are met. Perform opening, running, and closing duties per Live Nation policies. Inform guests about venue amenities and make recommendations. Maintain atmosphere control by circulating and reporting issues. Suggest venue products and services when applicable. Stay current with Standard Operating Procedures and communicate them effectively to staff. Create pre-shift sheets and relay management information. Handle lost and found items. Ensure responsible alcohol service following training and policies. Maintain security and sightlines across the venue. Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate guest or staff issues to management. Work with the M.O.D. to resolve guest issues, escalate when necessary. Complete incident reports and witness statements, assist with ejections and incident logs. Work at scheduled special events. What This Person Will Bring Required: Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent. Knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations. Skills in guest and staff relations, prioritization, and effective communication. Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude. Ability to read guests and turn negative situations positive. Preferred: Experience in a live music environment. College diploma in a related field. Physical Demands/Working Environment: Fast-paced, loud, and stressful environment. Extended standing and working on your feet. Must be able to lift/move up to 40 lbs with proper techniques.
