As the leader of Checkr's Channel Partner Experiences, your role will involve delivering capabilities for channel partners and customers, facilitating Checkr’s integration into hiring workflows, and overseeing post-hire compliance products. You will work closely with business development, SaaS partners, engineering, and operational stakeholders to ensure a user-friendly, well-documented developer platform. Responsibilities include: Owning strategy and roadmap for developer products like APIs, developer portal, tools, integrations, and marketplace. Performing market and competitive analysis, collaborating across teams, creating multi-release roadmaps, and leading pilot programs. Building strong customer relationships and representing Checkr at events and community sites. Providing APIs and platform tools to other product teams and measuring success to identify expansion opportunities. Qualifications: Deep expertise in developer-focused product building, API design, and integration market understanding. Proven ability to partner with engineering, product, and business teams to develop roadmaps and deliver end-to-end products. Bachelor’s degree in computer science; Master’s preferred. At least 5 years in technical product management, especially with developer platforms or SaaS integrations.
