Position Summary We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a dynamic kitting environment. The role will focus on shipping, receiving, inventory management, transaction accuracy, order picking, and kitting. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to lead a team with efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping of materials

Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and manage cycle counting processes

Organize and maintain inventory locations, ensuring material availability and traceability

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and carriers

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards

Drive productivity and continuous improvement through troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Train, coach, and lead warehouse staff to ensure high performance and morale

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for accuracy, timeliness, and quality

Ensure proper documentation for shipments including shipping paperwork and WMS transaction completion

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor in a fast-paced environment

Hands‑on experience with warehouse operations, preferably in kitting or assembly

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Valid sit‑down forklift certification and strong operational forklift experience

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in inventory and shipping transactions

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff

Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma principles

Experience with barcoding, RF scanners, and mobile inventory tools

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

Familiarity with Kanban or other replenishment systems

Experience in conducting safety audits and warehouse training programs

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
