The brand and engagement strategist will mentor and train content creators, oversee an agile work environment that focuses on collaboration, increase output and quality control. The role will manage day‑to‑day operations, support training of technology and programs to assist content creators in performing the social/digital engagement strategy, and contribute to local station marketing strategy across the ACCET region. The strategist will develop campaigns, oversee creative ideas and techniques, approve scripts and final productions. Additionally, the strategist will monitor ratings, digital analytics, and campaign results, making suggestions to grow interaction and engagement across all platforms.

The brand and engagement strategist will work closely with Client Services Strategist and Special Projects Supervisor to schedule and prioritize tasks for digital and creative content.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

Meet with Project Managers, Special Projects Supervisor, and Brand & Engagement Managers to review the dashboard, project statuses, and future planning.

Meet with Senior Content and Content Creators to review and assign tasks.

Attend meetings with General Managers and News Directors across the group.

Review completed work and provide suggestions for changes.

Pull research, review data, analyze results, and apply insights to strategy and workflow.

Write, develop, and produce special projects; create campaigns for local, regional, and corporate use.

Work closely with Brand & Engagement Managers to develop branding campaigns, produce projects, and assist with news and digital elements.

Generate campaign ideas, shoot, edit, and produce content as needed.

Handle HR issues.

Review and evaluate ACCET Brand Managers and Special Projects Supervisor.
