Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties. The purpose of the property inspection is to verify property occupancy and report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Responsibilities
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards. Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments. Complete a short form in an app. Drive extended periods of time while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory. Qualifications
Computer with an internet connection. Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus as you will be paying for your own gas). Smartphone (Android or iPhone). Printer. Pass a standard background check using a valid driver’s license. Pay and Hours
This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary based on county and volume. You will earn the equivalent of
$30‑$40 per hour . Depending on the county, you will complete anywhere from 20‑500 inspections per month working 2‑30 hours per week. Apply
