Join Ruggable as a Retail Operations Coordinator in our Project Delivery team, supporting wholesale partnerships with efficient delivery of products.
Job Summary Ruggable seeks a Retail Operations Coordinator to support execution of wholesale partnerships, ensuring smooth, efficient delivery to our growing network of wholesale partners. This critical role will help meet unique partner requirements while keeping operational processes streamlined, compliant, and effective.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with the Wholesale Delivery manager to understand and fulfill specific partnership needs, ensuring all product, packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements are met.
Support the creation and testing of customized packaging solutions for each partner, ensuring packaging meets quality standards, is cost‑effective, and ready for mass production.
Oversee accurate shipment of products to partners, ensuring orders are processed on time, meet requirements, and comply with shipping or regulatory standards.
Work with Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and clear communication with all teams involved and ensuring all timelines and quality standards are met.
What You’ll Need to Have Required
2‑3 years of logistics, operations, or supply chain experience, preferably in wholesale or distribution.
2‑3 years of retail delivery experience, overseeing B2B orders, with familiarity of packaging, shipping, and compliance.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Problem‑solving ability to identify issues and find timely solutions.
Hands‑on approach, comfortable with strategic thinking and physical support, including potential travel.
Team collaboration: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional partners.
Candidate can be based in Los Angeles, CA; Bedford Park, IL; or Charlotte, NC.
Compensation
$65,000 – $75,000 per year base salary.
Annual bonus based on role level.
Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for 401(k) plan.
