What You Will Do

Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.

Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed production goals.

Accurately account for all currency transactions and timely deposit bank filings with scanned documentation in the agency management system.

Build and leverage client relationships quickly, educating and advising customers on best‑fit products.

The Perfect Match

Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required).

Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.

Sales or customer service experience.

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to build relationships with sales customers.

Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills.

Ambitious, motivated by advancement opportunities.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
