What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Lead inventory operations including receiving, put‑away, decrement, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Manage daily reconciliation and inventory adjustment requirements to maintain compliance and transparency.

Oversee cycle‑count program and physical inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

Track and manage inventory loss against quarterly goals, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Ensure inventory compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs, fostering a culture of accountability.

Partner with customers to manage formulary changes and supply constraints, ensuring service levels are consistently met.

Collaborate with operations leadership to optimize slotting for accuracy, efficiency, throughput.

Manage financial policies, procedures, and metrics related to Central Fill inventory.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead redesign initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of subject matter experience in inventory management.

0–2 years of supervisory experience.

Critical Skills/Experience (Must Haves)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP.

Proven leadership skills including coaching, developing teams, and driving employee engagement.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external customers.

Deep knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice to Haves)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pharmacy or healthcare distribution experience.

Physical Requirements

General office demands.

Position includes standing, sitting, and walking in a warehouse environment.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation

Our Base Pay Range for this position: $60,800 – $101,400.

Competitive total rewards package may include annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
