About The Role
As a Project Manager on the Dukovany Delivery team, you will manage the scopes of delivery including spare parts, training, requested Engineering or Licensing support. You will report to the Dukovany 5&6 NSSS Program Manager. This remote role works in the Eastern or Central time zones. Key Responsibilities
Oversee execution of design development and translation of requirements and specifications to meet contract scope with Engineering support, Project Controls support, and Customer Accounts. Manage the Korean interface including the logistics planning with KHNP, KEPCO E&C and Doosan. Guide associated deliverables to meet commitments to team members. Manage the design configuration and change control processes for resolution. Support the NSSS PgM for future Sales and Marketing of NSSS new product offerings. Lead the project design delivery activities and coordinate with team members across Europe, US and South Korea. Oversee management of selected sub-contractor contracts through Supply Chain. Develop program updates for internal leadership for the Dukovany Program, and external partners such as KHNP, Doosan, KEPCO E&C and the Dukovany end customer. Manage the interface between engineering design, testing and customer goals. Manage all partners. Establish relationships with partners that meet each party's needs and agreed outcomes. Build capacity and knowledge of partners to ensure outcomes by defining lines of communication. Identify partner issues, interests, and concerns to better define program agreement and provide direct technical input/feedback. Maintain partner relationships once established through regular communication activities. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or suitable experience in a related discipline. 5+ years of project management experience required, including large projects. PMI certification. Project and Contract Management skills. Experience delivering quality on time and on budget. Knowledge of the nuclear industry. Work with a worldwide delivery team. Create knowledge transfer and retention strategies to develop future resources. Take advantage of opportunities to meet immediate needs in new, inventive ways. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year. Benefits
