Job Description
As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Powder Coat Supervisor to oversee the entire powder coat process of our large diesel fuel tanks, steel/aluminum enclosures and steel frames.
Responsibilities
Powder Coat Line Supervision.
Monitor production, solve manufacturing issues and keep workflow running smoothly.
Ensure production completion by deadline.
Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions.
Set up and operate machines to paint or coat steel and aluminum with powder paint.
Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections.
Operate auxiliary machines or equipment used in coating or painting processes.
Record operational data on specified forms.
Lead, motivate and promote safety while ensuring a quality product.
Requirements
Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
Powder coat experience.
2‑3 years in a leadership role preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Must be highly motivated.
Pay attention to detail and have a strong drive to succeed.
Must pass a competency test and pre‑employment physical including a drug screen.
