Job Summary and Responsibilities The Clinic Registrar Scheduler is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. The role supports performance improvement plan execution and compliance with the Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities include arranging efficient and orderly scheduling and registration of clinic patients, coordinating clinic patient tests and procedures, ensuring accurate information is collected and required paperwork is completed, and working closely with physicians, nurses and clinical personnel.

Job Requirements

1–2 years clerical experience with heavy public contact in a medical office or hospital, preferably with registration and scheduling experience.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Armenian).

High School Graduate or equivalent.

Prefer knowledge of medical terminology.

Keyboarding and computer skills.

It is a Joint Commission‑certified Thrombectomy‑Capable Stroke Center and a SRC Center of Excellence for Robotic Surgery and Colorectal Surgery. Pay Range $25.25 – $35.67 per hour
