We are looking for a Restructuring & Turnaround Senior Associate to work with professionals recognized as authorities across a diverse set of industries. You will drive the preservation and creation of value for clients.

The Team Work with senior management and a team of experienced professionals across industries.
How You Will Contribute You will work closely with companies across a variety of industries to help underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring process and create a lasting positive impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and managing a 13‑week cash flow forecast.
Building a liquidation analysis to assess feasibility of a Plan of Reorganization.
Working with clients to create a long‑term business plan to track performance, manage working capital, and implement cost‑reduction initiatives.
Implementing cash conservation strategy and controls.
Developing pre‑bankruptcy plans and assisting with bankruptcy case administration, including creditor constituents and filing documents.
Supporting marketing initiatives, including pitch preparation.
Leading a work stream within a project and coaching and mentoring junior resources.
Build consultative relationships, present analyses and insights to diverse audiences, and communicate with clients, legal counsel, and investment bankers.
Qualifications
At least 6+ years of experience in corporate restructuring, investment or commercial banking, or consulting with a financial or accounting focus, with 4+ years of direct restructuring experience.
BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related analytical fields.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills required.
Professional certifications such as CTP, CIRA, CPA, CFA, or progress toward such certifications preferred.
Understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings.
Advanced financial modeling experience with ability to build a 13‑week cash flow forecast and three‑statement financial models with limited oversight.
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills.
