Job Title Maintenance Technician (Part‑Time)
Location Alameda, CA
Company Sofive Soccer Centers
Responsibilities
Perform daily field and grounds maintenance to preserve quality and cleanliness.
Open and secure fields as directed by management and the front desk.
Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and inspecting facilities.
Communicate emergencies or disturbances promptly to the front desk team.
Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including emptying trash cans, sweeping fields, and making minor repairs.
Act as a liaison between guests and front desk for payment resolution and customer service support.
Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
Complete other related tasks as assigned, including cross‑training and general facility cleaning duties.
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
Excellent time management and professionalism.
Strong guest service skills and teamwork.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.
Dependable, punctual, and proactive.
