Program Manager

ECU Health . This role will be a key contributor to the Transformation Execution Office, leading large, complex organizational projects and programs.
Position Summary The Program Manager oversees the end‑to‑end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing resources, budgets, and risks, and driving stakeholder engagement across multiple enterprise domains.
Responsibilities
Manage large‑scale organizational programs, ranging from moderate to high complexity.
Lead cross‑functional programs spanning multiple enterprise domains.
Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve program goals.
Engage with remote staff and external vendors to meet program objectives.
Conduct program discovery activities such as request for proposals, business case development, and security risk assessment.
Build program/project plans down to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level.
Create detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop and manage program budgets.
Address program issues, risks, decisions, and assumptions.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure program goals align with overall business objectives.
Manage resource allocation across all project phases.
Develop and maintain stakeholder mapping, communication, and reporting.
Resolve conflicts and dependencies across projects.
Review and approve the work plan of external service providers or consultancies contracted for program execution.
Maintain an integrated master schedule for complex programs with multiple phases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience with progressive leadership and change execution.
5+ years of professional Project/Program Management experience within a PMO/EPMO function.
Experience leading diverse teams while managing complex and risky projects/programs.
Project, Program, or Portfolio Management experience required.
PMP Certification required.
Location Greenville, NC
