Position Overview

As a proven leader with a strong drive to succeed and an expert multitasker, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding associates to achieve a world‑class shopping experience, manage the daily operation of a multi‑million‑dollar store, and support the continued success and growth of the Burlington brand. A Day In The Life
Lead the store team in all aspects of store operations. Day‑to‑day manage the store and drive sales using Burlington techniques and standards. Take responsibility for the training and professional development of team members. Communicate effectively with the Regional Management team. Control expenses and payroll budgets. Manage the associate experience, handle personnel issues, and model outstanding customer service practices. Assisting and supporting the management team in all areas of store operations, service, and merchandising. Human Resource initiatives including staffing, hiring, and scheduling. You’ll Come With
5+ years of retail management experience at an off‑price, big‑box, specialty, or medium‑to‑large‑sized, multi‑unit retail organization with a multi‑million‑dollar sales volume and expense budget. Must be available to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Travel may also be required from time to time. Benefits
