Role Description This full-time Business Development Manager role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. The role includes managing existing client accounts, creating and executing sales plans, and representing the organization professionally at industry events and networking opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals
Networking, relationship building, and client relationship management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge or experience in real estate, title, or escrow industries is highly preferred
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
