Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Solicit bids
Pre‑qualify subcontractors
Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices
Maintain and update current budgets
Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases
Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review
Input original Direct Costs budget
Execute lot starts and final proof all unit costs
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
