Responsibilities
Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment.
Verify property occupancy and report general conditions using a mobile application.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete the inspection form within the app.
Spend extended periods driving within the assigned county with numerous stops.
Most common inspections should take 5‑6 minutes.
Qualifications
Computer with reliable internet connection.
Reliable vehicle with good gas mileage.
Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
Printer.
Pass a standard background check using a valid driver’s license.
Pay and Hours This is a 1099 position. Each inspection is paid a flat rate, equating to approximately $30‑$40 per hour. Depending on the county and its urban or rural nature, you may complete 20‑500 inspections per month, working 2‑30 hours per week. There is no mileage reimbursement beyond the flat fee per inspection.
