Commercial Drywall Project Manager – Precision Walls, Inc.
Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team! Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee daily activity of the job.
Ensure work aligns with contract documents.
Receive hand-offs from the estimating department.
Administer budgets, contracts, material, and equipment.
Show growth mindset as a team learner and leader.
Dedicate to safety, quality, schedule, and customer service.
Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and cost tracking.
Work with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing to assure material coordination and accuracy.
Requirements / Experience
At least five years of experience in the trade.
Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and focus.
Detail-driven with an accounting mindset – "Know your costs".
Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
Computer and technology savvy.
