The Role We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Paylocity a PLUS!! MUST POSSESS AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF FULL CYCLE PAYROLL OR ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE. Rate: $25/HR.
Responsibilities
Process a multitude of pay structures including configurable payroll
Checking time reports for accuracy
Enter data into databases and spreadsheets
Acquire all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
Make adjustments in pay for bonuses and commission
Excel experience required
Qualifications
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong verbal and written communications
