The Manager of Program Delivery will support a centralized team that provides CNN’s Digital Product and Services leadership with dedicated project management and operational expertise. You’ll support Senior Directors on the team to drive delivery, coordination, and operational alignment of CNN’s high‑profile consumer and business organizations and initiatives to ensure successful execution. This role requires an operationally minded individual with a broader strategic impact perspective, who can design and implement operational capabilities to support the Program Delivery team by enhancing organizational capabilities. Your Role Accountabilities

Governance, Rhythm of Business, and Team Operations: develop and support the design and management of operational cadences to reinforce delivery, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Key Documentation Development: support and produce high quality executive materials, including strategic presentations and documents, ensuring complex information can be communicated simply and effectively Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: support programs as a central communication hub, maintaining clarity, alignment and transparency with clear, concise, and consistent communication to stakeholders across all levels Portfolio & Program Support: support the planning and execution of our program portfolio, ensure alignment with the enterprise priorities and strategies, and support Senior Directors on delivery of complex, high‑visibility initiatives, maintaining clear timelines, high‑quality outputs, and delivery confidence Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate across product, engineering, design, data, editorial, marketing, and other key functions to ensure cohesive execution and alignment on shared goals, dependencies, and success metrics Qualifications & Experience

4‑6 years of experience in project management, chief of staff, operations role, preferably in consulting, digital media or technology sectors Excellent presentation skills and strong communication Experience working cross‑functionally with various business and technology teams such as growth, product, marketing, design, engineering, strategy, etc. Strong operational skillset with an attention to detail Ability to translate complex problems into clear and manageable tasks Understanding of agile methodologies and digital product development processes Nice to have experience working with and presenting to senior leaders Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field How We Get Things Done

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $93,114.00 – $172,926.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
