Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care: Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments.
Collaborate effectively: Work seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Advocate for your patients: Champion their needs and rights, ensuring their autonomy, dignity, and decision‑making power are respected.
Embrace diversity: Provide culturally sensitive care, recognizing and respecting the unique needs of each patient.
Maintain professional excellence: Stay current with the latest clinical advancements through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
Current WA State RN license is required.
CPR certification required every two years or as specified by the work.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
One year experience with acute care patients.
Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post‑hire is required through internal resources.
