Overview Independent Wealth Management Firm seeks Managing Partner to maintain and grow the current practice, lead the wealth advisory team, oversee strategic growth and lead key client relationships.

Greater Detroit Area. Relocation package available.

Highlights

Collaborate with the Chairman, CCO and CMO to develop long term strategic objectives that drive sustainable, long term growth, including integrating newly acquired teams into the overall firm strategy

Oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s Wealth Advisors in an ensemble fee-based RIA, supporting their development and success through inspirational leadership, mentoring, and associate advisor training

Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and enhance client satisfaction, while fostering strong relationships with key clientele

Drive business development initiatives such as expanding existing client relationships, and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, referral sources and industry partners
