Club Pilates is a boutique fitness franchise and a multi-unit operator established in 2013. We are seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions, lead membership growth, and nurture a high-energy, service-focused studio environment. Position Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for sales leadership, staff hiring and development, member retention, and studio operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients. Key Responsibilities
Lead generation through grassroots marketing, networking, and outreach to schedule prospects into introductory classes. Implement and manage the sales process for memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training. Hire, train, and supervise Sales Associates and studio instructors. Develop and maintain staff schedules and studio inventory, ensuring accurate counts and product availability. Utilize ClubReady for revenue reporting, attendance tracking, and performance metrics. Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and compliance with Club Pilates policies. Collect outstanding dues, enforce payment policies, and deliver high-level customer service. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new leads and promote community events. Requirements
2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience. Proficiency in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates. Ability to manage all revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training. Fluent in English with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email. Adaptable in a fast-changing, diverse environment with strong judgment. Passionate about fitness and committed to lifelong learning. Strong writing, grammar, and data management skills; highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented, with trustworthy handling of confidential information. Proficiency with computers and Club Pilates software. Benefits and Compensation
Base Salary: $58,000–$60,000; total compensation including bonuses up to $78,000. Monthly performance bonus opportunities up to $18,000 annually. Health benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Unlimited growth potential within the Company. Employment Type
