Your Role As a Key Member Of Our Team, You Will
Provide surgical and medical care for patients with glaucoma and cataracts
Collaborate closely with optometrists and our co‑management team
Utilize your expertise to enhance both medical and surgical eye care programs
Deliver exceptional, patient‑centered care in a high‑volume, collaborative setting
Requirements What We’re Looking For
Fellowship training in glaucoma
Board certification or eligibility
Unrestricted Washington medical license and DEA certificate
Expertise in glaucoma and cataract surgery with a commitment to continuous self‑improvement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for multidisciplinary collaboration and compassionate patient care
Education & Certification
Board‑Certified MD or DO
DEA Certification
Compensation & Benefits
Combined Salary: $300,000–$1,000,000 D.O.E.
