$800 - $2,000 / day Employment Type:

The Role Rinse Dental is a four-operatory,
associate-led dental practice . As Lead Dentist, you’ll have full clinical autonomy, leading the care for over 2,000 active patients (and growing). We are in-network for Delta Dental and fee-for-service for all other plans.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an array of clinical services—including fillings, inlays/onlays, crowns, simple extractions, orthodontics (invisible aligners), cosmetic procedures (like veneers and whitening), and emergency care.
Perform comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health and care options.
Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain a productive, balanced schedule—covering hygiene checks, operative care, same‑day treatment, and emergency visits.
Drive production by completing full treatment plans efficiently while maintaining uncompromising quality and patient experience.
Lead and mentor dental assistants, collaborating closely with hygienists to ensure seamless, patient‑centered care.
Partner with studio and operational leadership to achieve production goals, uphold clinical excellence, and continuously improve workflows.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current, active California dental license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Active DEA registration
Minimum 5 years of experience (post‑residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows
Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 5 days per week
