Job Overview As a Senior Solution Architect you are an integral part of the Customer Success Team delivering critical services to our customers. You own the technical relationship with assigned Strategic and Premium clients to support them throughout their partnership with TransUnion’s Global Fraud Solutions group. Your role includes consultations on solution architecture, onboarding support, technical troubleshooting and providing technical expertise for all of our Global Fraud Solution Group’s services and platforms for our strategic customers.
Responsibilities
Lead customer technical engagements across a range of industries, types of projects, platforms, and solution interfaces.
Provide expert technical knowledge, support and troubleshooting for our solutions and platforms.
Collaborate to develop integration manuals, training materials, and procedures.
Proactively seek ways for the solution architect team to improve processes to enhance the customer experience.
Provide sales engineering support as appropriate for the business development group.
Represent the voice of the customer and manage the development of product initiative requests.
Support all technical needs for clients under your management and act as the single point of contact for technical escalations.
Mentor and coach junior teammates, fostering effective contribution to TransUnion’s solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development or related field and 7+ years of relevant work experience.
Direct experience in product application integrations.
Proven experience as a consultant.
Verified skills in a variety of web and software development technologies including REST/JSON, HTTP, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, HTML5, SQL, PHP, C#, and Java.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in diverse customer technical environments.
Engineered solutions to address opportunities and challenges, consulting with customers to develop effective technical solutions.
Successfully delivered multiple projects with competing priorities and on schedule.
Effective customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven problem solving.
Flexible work hours to accommodate meetings, training, and customer demos in different time zones.
Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Availability for occasional overnight travel and on-call rotation.
Ability to work independently and act independently.
Desired Skills
Fraud management or identity and access management experience.
Understanding of TransUnion’s Global Fraud Solutions services.
Basic familiarity with iOS and Android.
Project management experience.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, or Japanese.
