About the Role At PwC, the Deals Strategy team provides strategic advice and support across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. In this role you will analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in their deal-making processes. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and create strategies that maximise value and achieve business objectives.

Opportunity As part of the Deal Strategy team you will lead AI‑driven creation engagements, identifying growth and productivity opportunities for clients. You will guide cross‑functional teams through complex problem‑solving, promote clear communication of insights, and foster a collaborative environment that drives results.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies that enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Build enduring client relationships to support engagement success.

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 6 years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, digital product development, or technology‑focused consulting.

What Sets You Apart

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management (preferred).

Advisory experience at the intersection of AI and strategy.

Delivery of AI/ML‑enabled initiatives for commercial growth.

Leading teams through intense diligence or MVP builds.

Understanding of ML Ops, data pipelines, and agile practices.

Growth of client accounts and contribution to thought leadership.

Engagement with cross‑cultural, international teams.

Translation of technical insights into clear business narratives.

Demonstrated analytical problem‑solving skills.

Support of business development through proposal development, case studies, and thought leadership on applied AI and digital diligence.

Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is $124,000 – $280,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
