Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with your leader to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set and track their own goals, provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
Strong background in quick‑service restaurants.
Open availability and reliable transportation.
