Lead: Truist Care Center Strategic Plan Owner
Truist Care Center (TCC) is seeking a strategic plan owner to partner with TCC Leadership and key business partners across Technology, Data and Operations, Risk, and lines of business to develop and execute core business strategy.
Responsibilities
Primary liaison with senior leaders within Truist Care Center, senior leaders across Truist, cross‑functional SMEs, and other stakeholders to document and execute current and future strategic vision.
Develop and maintain TCC’s strategic plan and roadmap.
Create documents and presentations for executive leadership that clearly articulate recommendations, trade‑offs, and strategic choices with rationale.
Establish principles, rules, standards and best practices for supported business unit, and build and manage intake and prioritization methods for TCC transformation initiatives and project review processes.
Lead TCC transformation initiatives.
Align with TD&O Business Management Office and Finance partners for consistent financial/benefit reporting on key operations initiatives, maintain awareness of/communicate relevant finance routines and processes, and track performance against finance targets.
Provide influential leadership that supports insightful decision‑making, drives efficiencies in solution delivery and supports processes, and maximizes the quality of top deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Operations, or equivalent education and related training.
Ten or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in financial institutions.
Comprehensive experience with leading large‑scale, complex transformations from ideation to delivery.
Self‑directed with strong organizational skills to meet multiple competing deadlines.
Ability to interact effectively with Executive Management.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to think and act strategically.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or top consulting firm experience.
