Northpointe Bank is hiring a
Loan Servicing Business Analyst
to support data analytics, reporting automation, and operational improvement within our Loan Servicing department.
What You’ll Do
Build dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
Analyze servicing workflows and recommend improvements
Support system enhancements, integrations, and testing
Maintain data integrity across servicing systems and databases
Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership
Provide analytical support during audits, exams, and investor reviews
What You Bring
2–5 years of analytics or business analysis experience
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills; Power BI preferred
Experience in mortgage servicing or financial services is a plus
Ability to communicate data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
