Job Description

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Utilize Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking. Coordinate workflows and documentation using Confluence. Oversee ITSM processes and ensure alignment with best practices (ITIL preferred). Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred). Hands-on experience with: Jira ServiceNow (ITSM workflows) Confluence (documentation and collaboration) Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
