About the Role Lead strategy and execution for AI/ML‑powered experiences spanning smart self‑service, agent tooling, routing and escalation, and AI‑enabled insights. Own metrics and experiments, partner on model design, influence stakeholders, mentor other PMs, and build cross‑functional alignment.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Translate customer needs and market insights into a robust product strategy.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and refinement.

Drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement through strategic optimization.

Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and operations to build AI/ML‑powered tools.

Employ a customer‑centric approach, executing A/B tests and data‑driven insights.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of improving CX and impacting revenue.

Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that increase satisfaction and revenue.

Strategic decision‑making ability, balancing long‑term objectives with immediate successes.

Bias for action, combined empathy and strong organizational skills.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and influence without authority.
