Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts Serve as direct support to client contacts Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvement opportunities Build strategies for clients each quarter Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM Manage personal productivity and utilization Work with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals Understand value of Programmatic campaigns Drive cross‑sell, upsell and referral opportunities via client relationships and professional network Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad‑copy, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI What You Offer
2+ years working at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn ads Knowledge of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc. Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense Strong understanding of paid principles: keyword research, ad‑copy, bid management, campaign optimization Data‑driven analysis using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms Ability to drive results and measure via OKRs Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc. Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts Ability to translate strategy and tell stories with data Competitive yet curious mindset, true problem‑solver Constant desire to learn and share industry insights Organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects Quality‑obsessed, passion for advertising Travel to visit clients approx. once per year, as needed What Success Looks Like
