We are looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician to work in and co-create an innovative, team-based care environment. The Physician will deliver primary care and preventive services to employed persons and their families in a setting free from traditional fee-for-service constraints, focusing on population health outcomes and value-based care.
Desired Professional Skills & Experience
Current Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
Board certification in Family Medicine required
Services will include in-person, virtual, and telephone visits
Emphasis on the health of a panel rather than typical productivity measures in fee-for-service
Occurrence-based malpractice coverage and CME provided
Strong clinical judgment and excellent diagnostic skills
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with or interest in value-based care models
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
